How to Purchase Curtains
Take a look at our fabric first. Find the fabric you like and wirte the fabric number down.
Now select a curtain style and size and select the fabric you want from the drop down fabric selection menu.
You do NOT have to create an account to place an order. The registration feature is offered as a convenience to our customers to simplify the ordering process and allow you to review your order history and check the status of current orders.
To create an account, click Your Account in the top bar menu. Select the link Registration Option. When the Registration page is displayed, enter your contact information, select a user name and password and click the Submit button. After your account is created, you may log in by entering your new user name and password and clicking the Submit button. All orders placed while you are logged into the site can be viewed by clicking Your Account in the top menu.
Placing Your Order
If you wish to keep track of your order online, please log in. You do NOT have to create an account to place an order, this feature is offered as a convenience to you.
1. Add your selections to your shopping cart and click Check Out in the top menu.
2. In the Check Out page, enter your billing and shipping information and click "Continue" at the bottom of the page to move to the confirmation page, confirm that your order is correct and click "Place Your Order and Proceed to Payment Page" at the bottom of the page to move to the Payment Gateway page. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and using their information responsibly. Our site uses a secure server and encryption to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of your personal information once it is in our records. We will not share your contact information with any other company.
3. In the Payment Gateway page, initiate payment for your order by clicking the Click here to complete your order. -PAY NOW- button in the middle of the page. After payment is completed, a copy of your order will be e-mailed to you.
Once we receive and confirm your payment, we will confirm when your order will be shipped.
You can shop online at Annie's Interiors with confidence. We have partnered with PayPal to offer safe and secure credit card and electronic check transactions for our customers. When using PayPal, your financial information, such as credit card or bank account number, remains private and is not revealed to us.
You are not required to have a PayPal account to pay for your order. When you check out, PayPal allows you to pay for your order by either directly entering your credit card information or by logging into your PayPal account to use a registered credit card, bank account or PayPal balance.
If you prefer, we can process your order by phone. Send us an e-mail with your telephone number and the best time to reach you and we will contact you directly to provide telephone service.
Shipping and Handling
To provide you with expedited delivery, we ship all orders via United States Postal Service mail with delivery confirmation. Most orders are filled within three business days. When your order is shipped, you will be sent an e-mail with a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your shipment, which should arrive 1-3 business days. Our shipping calculator is configured for shipment addresses in the USA. For shipments to other countries, we will contact you via e-mail to review shipping options and any additional costs.
